Doublé is an upscale clothing line created by New Orleanian, Russ Roy. Fashion caught the designer’s attention at a young age. Russ was inspired by his father’s style. He watched his father mix different styles and patterns which was much different from the norm.  As an adult Russ studied fabrics and designs and truly became a student of the craft. Five years ago the designer purchased a sewing machine and taught himself the skill. A few months later, Roy launched “Double R by Russ Roy,” in a 15-look fashion showcase in his hometown, New Orleans. The show featured bold prints, leather, and silk pieces. Russ continues to evolve his passion for fashion, gaining inspiration from the places he travels across the world, thus Doublé was born.
